Affiliate Disclosure

Real Food Nourishment participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click one and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

What This Means in Practice

Affiliate commissions help support the time and cost of running this site — research, writing, hosting, and tools. They do not influence what I recommend.

I only link to products and services I personally use, have researched thoroughly, or genuinely believe in. If I do not think something is worth your money, I will say so — regardless of whether there is an affiliate relationship.

When a link is an affiliate link, it will either be disclosed inline or you can assume that product links to retailers (Amazon, supplement brands, etc.) may carry affiliate tracking.

FTC Compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate compensation is considered a material connection between Real Food Nourishment and the companies whose products are linked.
